"I was looking at [a competitor's] website and it's nice, but yours is FAR superior!  You have excellent ideas and an excellent "web guy!"  Your website is extremely professional and it looks like the company you work with is 10 times bigger than the company she works with!”
-- Unsolicited feedback received by one of my clients

My web design business is based almost entirely upon referrals.  Clients of mine continue to be pleased and enthusiastic about their web sites.  And I remain committed to delivering that same level of personalized service to everyone I work with.  Perhaps the best way for you to evaluate a potential web designer is to look at his or her work and to hear what the owners of those web sites have to say about the experiences they have had with their web site designer.  Feel free to contact the owners of any of the web sites that I have designed.

Cards by Mania

This site uses a PayPal shopping cart to market a collection of very snarky Holiday Greetings Cards.    If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, you might want to check this out.  I never had much fondness for websites with animated falling leaves or snowflakes and I was skeptical when this client asked me to do it... but you know what?  Sometimes the client really is right... and I think they work great on this site.

“If you're like me and find the whole website design thing daunting, then Laurence is your guy.  He guided me through the set up and retail process perfectly and was very patient with my rookie questions.  He put what was in my head right onto the page.  You can't ask any more than that."

“It has been a great pleasure working with Laurence putting together and managing the website for "I Build The Tower", the documentary film on the Watts Towers.  His precise knowledge of internet mechanics and sure sense of internet aesthetics provided us with an extraordinarily attractive and easily navigable tool for anyone wishing to learn about our film.  Laurence was able to explain directly and clearly the process of website construction and continues to keep us informed on the ongoing maintenance of the website.  I strongly recommend his talents and abilities to anyone needing a website.”

  Fans-See This!

"A friend of mine who had used Laurence to build her website recommended him to me. Immediately, I felt comfortable working with him. I expressed what I was trying to accomplish, and he took in that information, gave me his thoughts and suggestions and never gave me the feeling that I wasn't part of the process. Laurence was very accessible and patient, which was very important for a perfectionist like myself. He constantly gave me tips on how to make my website more efficient and user friendly, and in the end I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Laurence's services in a heartbeat and hope to use him again in the future. Thank you Laurence! You have helped make my creative dream become a reality!”
